I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic with Dr. Casey Carlos. I arrived on time for my appointment, and I was actually in the parking lot more than 30 minutes early because I have a one-year-old child. Despite completing paperwork in advance, the front desk asked me to fill out multiple additional forms again. After completing all the paperwork, I was told that the doctor wanted me to reschedule because it took too long to complete the forms and that patients are expected to arrive earlier. I’m a physician in the community, and Dr Carlos is who I trust for myself, my family, and my patients I am impressed by her thoroughness I feel confident she’ll reliably find any skin cancers on my annual check, see the skin as a window into any medical issues that may be going on, and also provide practical advice on the more mundane aspects of daily skin care She is also warm and personable A great doctor
