Ripped my seat. Didn't take any responsibility. Who argues with a paying customer?!! This place is a fucking waste of money and the idiots running it need a crash course in customer service.
This place just sucks. The management sucks, very rude. Staff the same. Poor job. Got my truck washed there. Before leaving I did a walk around, noticed my mirror was broke on passenger side. Told the manager. In short he said see you in court. Before leaving someone was stating something was taken from her car. Once again I heard see you on court. I laughed and said never again. Never.
Want through the wash today with a new Camry after I left I noticed surface scratches all down the passenger side of my car (It's a dark color). returned to show manager to see if they would take care of it . he said no way his wash did this I must have brushed against trees. when I argued he just said see you in court. rude and obviously had this issue before as he was well versed in denying complaints. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! Just my opinion.
