Worse place ever. Service, management both suck. Save your money. Should be Dr Wash It Yourself when they are finished. Terrible �
Don't go to this place. They do a terrible job and if you tell them, they will scream at you and ignore you. Bad customer service, bad job and very expensive.
Absolutely the worst service I've ever had I get in the truck that is supposed to be washed and detailed and they haven't even wiped off the – the steering column , the doors or the door jams barely touched carpets with the vacuum ...streaks AlLL over the outside unbelievable don't waste your time don't waste your money
You would think having a PhD in car washing this place would know what they're doing. They do not deserve to have the "Dr" title. I just paid $23 for the full wash. My car came out as if I had taken it through a gas station wash!! Just came back from ocean city so I had some bugs on my windshield and grill before the wash and when it came out of the wash... it still had the bugs on both sections. WORST CAR WASH EVER!!!! I'm pretty sure they have under age workers working there , I saw several kids that look like young teenagers 8-12 yrs old cleaning cars, they have security cameras that are not functional so if anything ever happens you're out of luck. I wonder if their insurance company knows there are security cameras are nonfunctional. Utica insurance, maybe I'll give them a call. Go here if you want BAD SERVICE AND POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR!!!! Terrible!!!!!!
I used to visit this business on a regular basis and lately it has gone downhill and I even had my ashtray stolen on one occasion. The latest was when my car hit the car in front of me since the lady queuing the cars up didn't let in enough space in between the cars. I tried to inform the manager, but he just yelled at me. I won't be back.
I have never written a bad review of any business I have used before but this place is a total rip off. I paid 30 dollars for them to clean the outside and vacuum and ArmorAll the inside of an SUV and it looks no better than when I brought it in. They didn't vacuum, ArmorAll or even touch the inside. I went back in to complain and was given 3$ back. If you are thinking of using this car wash in Chantilly, save your money. I would give it a .5 star. They broke my side view mirror, then park the car towards the back of the shop and states" car is around back" and hands over the keys. I pull off and notice the driver side mirror is broke. I take it back and ask for a manager someone comes out and states he can't speak English. I then hold up the line and the real manager comes out to speak to me. He then states he didn't have time to speak to me. On top of that the car was not completely clean.
2nd time I've been here...WHY I came back a second time I'll never know. First experience they were very rude & REALLY need a course in English. Today they charged me $5 more than what was posted on their price list.. I asked about it & she didn't speak English well enough for me to understand (prob intentionally?) $5 wasn't worth arguing over but BELIEVE me, I won't be back.
