Poor customer service. Cashier is rude and has been that way for years. No manager on-site moat days.
I been coming here despite the awful attitude of the owner/ lady who collects the money she is alway rude however today is my last straw I been getting a hand wash for months once a week this week she charged 5$ more for the same wash when I verified using my bank account that it used to be 30 not 35$ I told her you know you charged 5$ more she said yes new year price increase This price increase isn’t posted anywhere she didn’t tell me ask me just rude I been paying it weekly for months we spend atleast 50$ a week here and ... read more
$210 for full detail and they couldn’t get the dog hair out. Told me there was an extra charge because they had to remove the hair one by one. Started at $50 but didn’t hold that and said they don’t know how much for hair removal.
RecommendedI'm confused by the other reviews. I always get the $55 express detail. We have a German Shepherd that has its fur and mud all over our car. We bring it the car in once a month or two and always leave happy. So happy that we even leave a $20 tip of the great job. I get it that the machine wont ever get everything off... it's a machine. I admit I was concerned when I saw missed areas but then the staff quickly hand wiped those areas.
These people broke my car. Don’t go here if you value yours!
I have always been impressed with this car wash...that was until this past weekend! I went in to have my vehicle cleaned as I had been stuck in the mud earlier in the day. When I left there was still mud on the outside of the vehicle (I had to pay an extra $5 for this to be removed), the inside of the car was still muddy and they didn't even wipe down in the back of the SUV. Used to be my go to car wash! Not anymore! Pulled into wash and gentleman guided me in, car started moving immediately that he had to stop the entire carwash just to spray the car down. Got moving again and I believe he neglected to punch in the correct wash plus rainx I paid for. Once finished went inside to tell woman working the desk/booth that I don’t believe I got the right wash. She said it’s a machine and it does it all automated.
