I haven't been to the dentist in several years and Dr. Hawk made me feel comfortable and went over everything she was going to do and I have no problems with going back
I have experiences with both Dr Ed Hawk and Dr Carrie Hawk. They are both professionals and are the best around. I would certainly recommend this family practice for all your dental needs.
Beside manner is extremely horrible. Does not take patient uncomfortably into consideration. Filled a tooth to deep. Went in to ask about it the pain, they stated it was normal after a filling. Went in for an emergency visit due to excruciating pain, get diagnosed with a bruised tooth. Go to a new dentist, here she filled my tooth to deep and the filling was on my nerve. Six months of pain, I went through!!! Now I have to go to a specialist and she don't think she needs to pay for that.
TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! Scheduled an emergency appointment with her due to a broken tooth. Had never been there before, but was looking for a new dentist since my dentist did not do amalgam fillings for molars that would be covered under my insurance. Instead of fixing my tooth that I scheduled the appointment for that day, she told me she couldn't do nothing until she had a full mouth set of x-rays done that I had just gotten done at my other dentist 7 months ago. The receptionist I give 5 stars.
