Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously
