Very organized office. Doctor was very informative.
I wish I could give her ZERO stars. My visits started out great, then quickly turned bad. She doesn't listen to you, basically talks at you. Kept telling me when I get back home to my regular doctor...I live here, you are my regular doctor. Then because I'm retired had the nerve to tell staff to make the appointment anytime because I'm retired and have nothing to do. According to my insurance I was doubles billed and some of my payments were not credited to my bill. I called numerous times to speak with someone, left message... read more
Very knowledgeable and kind. Always explains things well. She makes you feel very comfortable and at ease.
Had 4 bad experiences with doctors in Naples. Saw Dr. Langford. She was knowledgeable, kind, understanding and explained my options to me. Answered all my questions as did her staff. I put off the surgery for too long. She suggested it but I was fearful. I should not have been. I had it in August and am back to normal activities and feeling great. Dr. Langford is the best urologist in this region of Fl. Her surgery clinic is clean, nurses were attentive as was the anesthesiologist. All went well, very little pain. I am sorry... read more
Went to Dr. for consultation after terrible experience with another urologist. She was friendly, professional and made me feel confident in her ability to help me. The office staff is also wonderful. I was able to schedule a recommended surgery within days - in contrast to the original doctor who had 5+ week delay.
Did not wait five minutes. Very pleasant staff. Dr. Langford was very personable. Explained everything before she did it! We me plenty of time to ask questions! Spent several minutes looking over my overall health issues! I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this Dr. I would absolutely recommend my friend to her if they need help. I look forward to working with her to solve my health problem! A very pleasant woman!
Dr Langford is the best communicator I have spoken with for many years. She asked specific questions and listen carefully to my answers. After our discussion and an examination we decided on the best treatment to solve my problem. I have had this problem for over 25 years and Dr Langford is the only doctor who actually examined me to understood what was the issue. I highly recommend Dr Langford and the staff at Gastro Health.
