She is knowledgeable, well known, attentive to the kids. I got to the appointment an hout early because i was knrw and was aware of new patient paperwotk for my three kids but I waited 1 hour and 42 minutes for the receptionist to tell me all there paper transfer from the previous doctor and was electronic. They another hour later we were called to the back then waited 37 minutes to be seen and do screening sheets for each child. Blood work and physical exam. Long story short 5 1/2 hr visit
DR.BOONE IS WONDERFUL HER STAFF IS AWFUL AND VERY RUDE
I got to the doctor office 10 to 15 minutes early....I did t get seen until a hour later....receptionist was rude & unprofessional....the doctor assistance...caught an attitude when I ask a kept asking questions... Then they kept giving me wrong information about m sons health...diagnosed my son with asthma a year ago in which he never had breathing problems...horrible service...
I have been taken my kids to dr Boone for 23+ yrs and now my daughter take her son and yesterday they refused his visit because a mix up in his insurance so we ask to pay for the visit just for yesterday and they said No.what doctor in there right mind refuse a baby (6month) a emergency appointment at that.
