Dr. Morrison is highly recommended. The office practices are not for parents and patients who are trying to balance multiple medical and mental health issues. Office practices do not use technology or simple offices practices to remind patients of upcoming appointments. Dr. Morrison did her homeowork to determine the safest prescription for me. We had discussed which pharmacy to submit the prescription. The prescription was sent to a pharmacy that was not a retail pharmacy chain. This pharmacy didn't process the prescription... read more

I had been a patient of Dr. Morrison for over 4 years. She recently abruptly dropped me as a patient without explanation. I had called her office to change medications because my blood pressure had suddenly shot up and I gained 10 pounds on a certain medication. Her Receptionist scheduled an appointment with me, and then a couple of hours later I received an email that she was dropping me as a patient. This was very insulting and rude after 4 years of being a patient to be treated like a criminal when I had done nothing wron... read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Morrison’s for over 10 years and I am very grateful for her expertise with balancing my medications and her genuine concern for my well-being. I am sorry others have had poor experiences but I’ve never encountered the issues others have reported. They are very up front with their late or missed/canceled appointments policies so that shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone. I highly recommend Dr Morrison as a psychiatrist and as a caring provider.

Dr. Morrison was incredibly disappointing. I called a day ahead of my appointment to ask if I could adjust the appt time to 15 minutes later. I was told on the phone that that was acceptable. However when I arrived, the office staff informed me I was 15 minutes late and could not be seen. I was then charged $140 for a “missed appointment” and Dr. Morrison refused to see me. The lack of communication between the office staff and Dr. Morrison is apparent here. Furthermore, for a doctor specializing in mental health, her polici... read more

Dr. Morrison was OK as a physician but the office policy was ridiculous. I was about 20 minutes late to a session because an emergency came up at work that I was not able to get out of and was not able to inform the doctor at that time. When I showed up to the meeting she was gone. I then got a bill for $140 for “missing a session.” There was zero grace and they wanted nothing to hear about my side of the story. For a business that is supposed to work with healing people, they are pretty hard hearted. I think if you’re reall... read more

I disagree with many reviews, based on my experience. Dr. Morrison has been very approachable and has given a lot of options as far as treatment. I believe her to be engaged and concerned with my well-being. For the most part, psychiatrists check on your general condition and see if medications need to be changed, increased, or decreased. Psychologists take the role of therapy. Perhaps this is why some have had different expectations with Dr. Morrison, but I believe she is very good.

Her location is nice but she is not very proactive with treatment. Too heavy handed with medication.
