Would give zero stars if possible. Physicians seem to forget they're performing a service for a customer (since we're a commercial medicine society afterall). Caroline refused to see me after I was 15 minutes late (I called the office to ask if I could could be still seen and was told yes). I asked for even just a brief consultation due to pains in my lower right abdomen. I was refused care and was NOT advised to seek urgent care/ER service for my pains. I'll be taking my money/medical health to a real professional.
The best doctor and surgeon. She surgically treated stage 4 endometriosis and it’s given me my life back!
I went for the first time to a gynecologists and when I met her she immediately let me know she wasn’t gonna examine me cause I was 15 mins late. I wasn’t 15 mins late but rather 10mins. It took the front desk and there check in system 10mins to check me in! I am very disappointed because I raised concern and spoke up about what was wrong with me and she made me feel invalidated by stating that I wasn’t in pain.
