Dr.Hammerbeck is the best doctor I have ever had. She is a prime example of how every doctors should be. She’s highly experienced and I would recommend her to anyone!!
Horrible doctor and horrible staff! How dare your staff especially Karla call somebody a c&nt when they think they are texting the doctor and instead text the patient. Showing your true colors! This doctor needs her license taken away, which she will be reported also.
Dr. Hammerbeck Listens and and answers questions. She has A+ 32 years experience and is very compassionate!
Worked with Dr. H for many years and found her to be an excellent listener. Dr. H often cancelled appts which left me feeling vulnerable during severe illness. Her practice was focused on medication based solutions (and she is an expert). She had no therapy contacts on the Louisville side, and I struggled to find the resources I needed to fully heal. Dr. H also took several weeks off for a personal medical issue, but offered no coverage. Left practice because I felt too vulnerable.
Takes her time to get to know her patient. Doesn't rush anyone. Actually is genuinely concerned about each patient. Highly recommend.
Dr. Hammerbeck's testing & research refreshing & unheard of prior to meeting with her. I felt She listened, understood, & for the first time with any kind of Dr. we were working together with facts, testing and her knowledge to find the best possible treatment plan & goals. I wish I could continue with this Dr. She is no longer in my area. I have been through 2 attempts of replacing her at the same facility in 2 months., each changing everything I gained being her patient.
