Dr. Salem offered me a second opinion on treatment options for my prostate cancer . She was extremely informative and helpful . Dr. Salem was fully informed of my diagnosis and offered me new information that was very valuable .
Any type of cancer diagnosis is obviously earth shattering news for patients. When I received my diagnosis from another oncology practice I started getting different, conflicting treatment options from their Dr's. After doing my own research I sought out Dr. Carol Salem, and am glad I did. One of the best Doctors I've ever seen. She had the game plan ready when I went to my first visit and immediately put me at ease. She is tops in her field in my opinion.

Dr Salem is excellent surgeon, on top of her profession, very personal, straight to the point, pleasant, detail oriented. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of treatment for prostate cancer. She was highly recommended by her piers to me and I'm thankful for the result and the following care by her and her staff.
Dr. Salem is quite simply one of the most skilled surgeons in her urology/oncology field anywhere in the U.S. She did an amazing job for me (robotic prostatectomy) and has had exceptional outcomes with very difficult cases that I know of personally. While pleasant and with a good sense of humor, she is, yes, too busy for a lot of chit chat, so if you need a lot of that get a puppy. I would recommend her without qualification to anyone.

Takes care of me from a urology standpoint. Very professional, moves you along expeditiously and responds with lab results in a timely fashion so as not to have you wait which can be nerve wracking. Very concerned with you and your condition. Doesn't waste your time. EXCELLENT SURGEON!
