In asking questions. She explained things in a clear and understandable way, which helped me better understand the information she was sharing. Overall, her expertise and approachability made for a positive experience.
Horrible service. Wait time was over an hour. Once we got into the exam room, had to wait even more. Did not do a good job communicating and did not know answers to common questions. I ended up looking up on the internet. She asked us what PGS was.
Terrible bedside manner.... not friendly to patients. I was shocked the way she treated other staff members. She treats patients as though they’re below her. I do think she’s knowledgeable, however, she purposely tries to make people feel stupid. I recommend going to a different doctor. Wait time is too long. Won’t answer questions and was in a terrible mood.
Love her!!! She’s knowledgeable and uses recent information to educate. She tells the truth and some people may not like that! I want to be healthy and carry a healthy baby....she helps that happen. She listens, gives guidance, and real advice.
I have read other reviews for Dr. Brown-Elliot and I can say the experience my wife and I had was nothing like what was described. Not only did Dr. Brown-Elliot take her time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, but there were a few moments that she identified teachable moments and took her time to do exactly that. The staff was equally courteous and we look forward to our next appointment.
She is not willing to answer the questions and she don't send any claim to insurance. If we ask her to do so she send the account to collection agency.
I highly recommend Dr. Brown-Elliott. She answers all questions and has 18 years plus experience. Her knowledge in maternal fetal medicine is extremely high. Great Doctor!!!
I had Dr. Elliot as my ultrasound doctor and I did not have a good experience. First off, she did not answer my questions properly most of the time when I asked her. She couldn't explain to me when I asked her various questions about what was going on inside my womb etc. Sheultrasound all time in my pregnancy but she couldn't find out what'sgrowing behindthe placenta I personally think that she couldn't even do the ultrasound properly overall. Bottom line..I do not recommend this doctor at all.
