I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Dr Kalorin - a 5-hour robotic arthroscopic prostatectomy. Was able to walk 200 yards just 3 hours post surgery. He is as sharp as a tack, really listened and patiently discussed my request for nerve sparing (he agreed with one side & patiently explained the peril of not doing the side - so glad I agreed). Great people, Intelligent and helpful
I live in Mooresville, NC and had a local dr. put a hole in me and sent me home. I got sepsis, almost died, did not feel safe. Dr. Kalorin was recommended through family, seen the issue and fixed me up. Great Staff, Great Doc, thanks for making me feel safe.

Got the snip from Dr. Kalorin. The procedure was quick and relatively painless, and following his post-op instructions, it healed up on schedule with no complications.
I sought treatment from the WakeMed Kidney Stone Center and within 2 days had an appointment with Dr. Kalorin. He took time to carefully explain my situation and what procedure would be needed to remove my kidney stone. Dr. Kalorin was very honest and upfront about the procedure itself and the pros and cons, he did not gloss over anything but was able to answer my concerns with a degree of knowledge and experience that made me more confident about the procedure and less concerned about the risks involved. He covered all of the facts as well as what to expect and best practices for post-procedure self-care and recovery.
Dr Kalorin and his staff are so wonderful. Having to deal with medical issues is hard enough but when you have a kind, informative professional that will provide me with all the information it makes a difference.
