I took my 7 month old baby to see Dr. Julian for an ongoing issue with eczema. Dr. Julian is kind and very knowledgeable. So few doctors take the time to really explain the ‘whys’ of a condition to their patients. Dr. Julian clearly explained what was going on with my baby’s skin, what we are going to do about it, and WHY that is the best course of action. I am so grateful for this level of care for my baby.

Dr Julian was so accommodating this morning. I had a few spots on my eye that I made an appointment to remove. Once I got there I had cold feet and said I didn’t want to remove them all. The assistant gave me a pep talk as I was leaving and I decided to stay and be worked back into their schedule to have the last two removed. He was extremely patient and gentle with me the entire process. Even while I was shaking with nervousness. This was at the Woodstock location.
He was certainly a nice doctor. However, I never felt sure that he knew a lot about the variety of skin conditions I have ( guttate psoriasis, eczema, and at initial visit, yeast) The follow-up instructions for a cream were given by phone via an office person; no additional appointment was suggested. I scheduled another appointment when the conditions did not improve. A better explanation was needed the first time. I decided to look for another doctor.
A horrible experience. Horrible bed mannor. I had a plantars wart for years that hurt. He said he doesn't treat for that, and to just let it run its course.Really? After two years and pain, nothing but a payment. I went to another dermatologist that cut it out, relieving the pain, and directed me to keep duct tape over it for 45 days. It's gone, but Dr Kraków was a waste of money and time.
