I made an appointment and waited for TWO and a HALF HOURS after which i was told that the doc had just walked into a scheduled surgical procedure and wouldn't be out for another 30 minutes! The staff could care less that i had an appointment that they scheduled me for and were clearly irritated that i was actually asking them how come i hadn't been seen. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty average. They were about the same as other medical providers' offices. In fact it was clear to me that she had built her entire practice on pushing botox like a streetcorner corndog... read more
