What a horrible experience. I scheduled an appointment, was told by the phone that I should expect at least an hour wait. I show up a half hour late, wiht a half hour spare. I wound up waiting a total of 2.5 hours to be seen. The nurse behind the counter was unprofessional, rude, confrontational, and I could hear her loudly complaining about me specifically to her co-workers. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. One of the few dermatologist in town that still accept insurance for claims filing. Expect to wait for some time, even with an appointment. Office is very busy, but physciain and staff are very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns.
