Let me just start by saying that if I could put zero stars I absolutely would. I've genuinely never in my life encountered a more unprofessional staff. To say that that the quality of service and attention given to me abysmal would be doing it a justice. (PART 1) Avoid this place at all cost, people. Carlos Fiallo and his staff are the most unprofessional people I have ever come across in my life. Where to even begin... so a few years back I got my top and bottom braces from Carlos Fiallo.
