I told her to make it first thing in the morning this way in case he decided to leave early, I would be able to see him. She told me not to worry that he’d see me and I was his first appointment. I ended up leaving only to get a call the next day from the office manager telling me that “Dr” Carlos Fiallo does not want to be my orthodontist to find another one. Let me just start by saying that if I could put zero stars I absolutely would. I've genuinely never in my life encountered a more unprofessional staff. To say that that the quality of service and attention given to me abysmal would be doing it a justice. The demeanor and manners of the staff resembles a lounge rather than a professional orthodontic office. (PART 1) Avoid this place at all cost, people. Carlos Fiallo and his staff are the most unprofessional people I have ever come across in my life.
