I was in need of two appointments. One for my husband & myself. Tia, a scheduler for Spectrum was just AMAZING. This woman truly knows what customer service is. She helped with every obstacle that arose. She was even able to get our appointments back to back, instead of having to make a second trip. Touchay Tia & Thank you again for everything. I've had the worst experience in my life at Urgency in this such facilities. I had an anxiety attack, and they treated me like the worst criminal. They broke my big toe into small pieces. By the way, I got sandals, and they got industrial boots, hurt my shoulders, and my eyes are in pain because they hurt my right eye. I've tried to be fair and make a complaint directly to them. This is a terrible office. The previous doctor retired 2 months ago and the staff did not notify me with any existing follow-up appointment of close to 5 month until less than two weeks before my appt. where I had blood work done in anticipation and was told the appt was just cancelled and I needed to reschedule. There is not a way to call the office direct unless transferred from a call agent. I had to call three times because the first time, I was hung up on when getting through, the second time the office was not respond... read more

I needed an ultrasound after a medical procedure to check healing for a followup appointment. After a lengthy process to get all the needed information, they made an appointment for me . Only a week before the appointment (and too late to schedule somewhere else in time for the followup appointment), they cancelled the appointment saying they didn't do the procedure. I wish they had done their job initially. It cost me the necessary information for my follow up.

Had a CT scan scheduled for 9:30, they called me in at 10:20.

I stayed as an inpatient at LDS hospital. The staff did not treat me well, it took over 32 hours for me to get access to all of my medication, and I was constantly discriminated against and micro aggressed against while i was there.

The ER staff has been playing on their phones.  Not that crowded either.  Hire more Drs.  This is more like a clinic than an emergency room.
