Dr. Rosen is the best Dr of all time. He is so professional and care about his patients. Dr. Rosen turned out to be so unprofessional.
I had a tearduct surgery with Dr Rosen in 2020. It was a very quick consult, fast and smooth surgery and a prompt follow up. Everything was positive. Thank you!
Long story short, Dr Rosen diagnosed and correct an eye condition that had been missed by other providers for about 8 months. During that time I couldn't see well enough to drive safely, and I was pretty much stuck in the house and getting depressed. Dr. Carl E. Rosen performed 6 different major surgeries on my eyes, while my husband and our family were stationed at Joint Base Elmendorf/Richardson (JBER). Dr. Rosen was the absolute best eye surgeon I could have ever ask for. Our family lived in Alaska for 7 years, and Dr. Rosen took excellent care of my eyes, whilst we were there. I recently had eye surgery from Dr. Rosen I found him to be a outstanding surgeon and provider. He is by far the most attentive surgeon in Anchorage. My surgery went extremely well and I could not be more delighted. Why would anyone have surgery outside of Alaska when there is just a fine surgeon in Anchorage. Alaska is LUCKY to have him!
