Dr. Russell “listens”. Discussions that follow are understood & working together, makes a solution more easily resolved. Between Dr. Russell & April (the assistant), I am well served & consider myself lucky.
I think she and her nurse April are fantastic. They are patient and they listen and they care I don’t feel rushed. Highly recommend!
