We love Dr Hostetter, the ladies in the office are always so helpful and sweet and Dr Hostetter is AMAZING with my littles puts them at easy and makes them comfortable, they all are amazing with my littles.. we highly recommend her.
I have asked for an office manager to call me 3 times and still have not heard back! I called Tuesday to confirm my daughters appointment at noon. I show up at 11:50 , check in and sit down. 12:40 rolls around and my daughter hasn't been taken back so I go to the desk to see what was up and the girls tells me she "forgot to check me in" and that I would not be able to be seen today because of HER error!!! Love hostetter as my sons dentist! Everyone there is super friendly and she is great with my son who can be strong willed. Wouldn't change his dentist for anything.
If you can actually get in for your scheduled appt they are good. But they WILL reschedule you with no notice. Be careful about asking off work and taking your kids out of school for the appt. You need to call them the morning of the appt to make sure it isn't cancelled. They will NOT call you if it is cancelled.
Sitting in the waiting room for 45-90 min and once for 2 hours just to not be seen. Yes we sat for 2plus hours and had other appointments when we left without being seen they called and cancelled the appointments of our other kids. Then I had vehicle trouble and showed up 10 minutes late and the refused to see my kid. Thank for nothing
