Really frustrated! My son hasn't been able to get in for ever because they cancel every single appointment. I called Medicaid and they said they have recieved a lot of complaints for the same reason.
Tired of confirming my appointment beforehand, & showing up to the appointment only to be told the dentist isnt in. this is the 3rd or 4th time & a fb friend posted about it happening to her too. time to find a new dentist
This place is the biggest joke ever they scheduled you and never see you there is always some excuse. Poor customer service
Reschedules way tomuch and half the time doesn’t tell you until your there for the appointment. I went elsewhere cause of it. Other then that great dentist just always has a family emergency.
They have the worst customer service. When you have an appointment they will call the day before to reschedule, for a few months out. Wait for that appointment for it to be cancelled as well. My kids haven’t been able to have their teeth cleaned in over a year due to the cancellations.
They cancel appointments multiple times and dont return phone calls. Camille is a good dentist but her staff is a joke!! Most unprofessional place I have ever been!
