Very pleasant and efficient with the office call. Scheduling was especially easy.
Great hospital and great nurses and doctors. ! Maria, who coordinated everything before my angiogram was awesome. Very organized and was working on lots of things at once. I can't say enough about how valuable she is to the hospital. Dr. Rattin was very nice and explained everything and Dr Beasley is very knowledgeable and listens to everything and also explains everything. I wouldn't go to any other facility for my heart.
Dr Beasly I trust with my life. Great at returning calls . Excellent care with soft , kind, and listens to the patient. Very encouraging and feel safe. The entire staff are helpful, with a smile, kind and very patient makes you feel relaxed. I as a patient ask a lot of questions and they answer and never makes me that they are rushed. . Worked at Mercy 42 years. I am a patient now and I feel safe , secure and cared about.. Never feel rushed. Those gifts are given to very special, staff it is a blessing. Thank you. .
Can't figure out how to make this rating thing work. Everything was fine. 5 star all around.
Wait time was very short. The staff was very friendly and made me feel at home. My doctor was great, explaining the options in a warm and friendly manner. I left feeling good about the experience. I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to a friend.
Reception staff is Always friendly & welcoming. My Nurse was knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Beasley was friendly and always gives me good advice, answers all my questions, explaining anything I don't understand.
Even though it can be nerve-wracking to go to the doctor for something as concerning as heart function, I have always found my experiences with the Mercy Heart Center to be reassuring. Everyone, from support staff to professionals, love take the time to answer my questions and listen to any concerns I may have.
The heart doctors are always the best. You matter as a patient and they fully explain all treatment and procedures they will be doing on you. They care and put your health first.
Dr. Beasley is a wonderful Cardiologist. He listens closely and is open to your concerns. He treats me and all of his patients with respect.
