Today was my first patient visit to Dr. Certo's office. I found his front desk staff person to be kind, courteous, and professional. The good doctor followed up my front office experience with an expression of genuine love and concern for patient care. Upon accessing my dental need, he discussed treatment; provided me with options; and answered all my question. For any who feel trepidatious or is intimidated about going to the dentist...I recommend Dr. Joseph Certo's practice.
