Dr. Geerlings was great, the staff, however, is completely incompetent. No understanding of how dental insurance works or what might/might not be covered. You would think that they deal with insurance every day and could tell you up front what can be expected. Instead, they tell you one thing without verifying what your policy covers and leave you hanging with an outrageous bill.
