I came to Dr. Tiffany Tran very anxious, concerned, and scared as I was dealing with abnormal bleeding. Dr. Tiffany Tran, front office staff (especially receptionist), surgery scheduler, and back office medical assistants were WONDERFUL. They are professional, yet warm and very efficient. Awesome doctor -and staff … these negative reviews blow my mind 😂 they took care of me from start to finish and teamed up for an emergency c-section! I have a beautiful healthy baby and great experience- people just don’t know how to separate front staff from the doctors that save us everyday! Smh. Ignore the negatives!
Dr Bryan Tran has been my doctor for 2 of children and I had a great experience both times.
I have been going to this office for three years as a patient. During the time I have been at this office, the front desk staff has continued to be disrespectful and rude on different occasions when scheduling appointments. I called to let them know i could not make it to an appointment and reschedule. They proceeded to give me another appointment time and date.
