Dr. Gantt, is a very knowledgeable surgeon. I felt very at ease with her very calming demeanor. Her care and concern after my surgery reassured me that I had selected the right doctor for my treatment.
I have been to see Dr Smith for about 5 years. I depend on his expertise and leave every appt with pain relief.I barely feel my injections. He is professional and I enjoy learning how to better take care of myself.
I have seen Dr. Gantt 2 times. Both times she has been over 1 hour past the appointment time - and I have 9:30am appts. She is knowledgeable but if you work, this kind of disrespectful view of others time is unacceptable. There are other hand surgeons who are likely as good without the hassle. I’m going to find one. Ps: last time it was standing room only at OrthoCarolina office and they were offended when I went to wait in my car.
The office is efficiently run by friendly, helpful staff. Medical staff is knowledgeable & explain procedures well. Dr Curtin was amazing & fully explained what he found and provided me with the information necessary to improve the problem myself. Just wish he did more than just orthopedics!!
I tore a tendon in half and ripped another holding my arm to the shoulder. My rehab team told me Dr. Craig had done a fantastic job and the 2 hr 45 minute trip to see him was well worth it. He is friendly with great bed side manners.
He appeared very disinterested in me and had not bothered to read up on my case. I understand he sees many patients a day, at least he could skim over more complex cases. When I mentioned neuropathy he acted as if he didn’t know what that was. Once he pulled up my records & saw I had been a of Masonis he really began to back pedal. He also acted very aloof.
Dr. Hamid is the kindest man. Not only is he kind, he is decisive and explained everything. He was accurate in his diagnosis and was so very timely. He was efficient and the whole process was so seamless. Dr. Hamid is so considerate of family members and took extra time to explain what would happen and also took time after surgery to carefully explain the findings. His entire staff was too-notch. I can’t say enough good things about the care he provided.
I accidentally fond Dr. darden in 1992 at the Spine Center on Randolph Rd. I was experiencing sever pain in neck, shoulders and arm. After many test Dr Darden performed a cervical fusion. Very thorough and caring doctor. After 32 years I am still pain free
Doctor Curtin and his wonderful staff provided me with expert care. I could not have had better treatment anywhere. I most highly recommend OrthoCarolina and Doc Curtin for your orthopedic needs!
