I am a physician. I found this gentleman to be very professional. I also found him well-versed regarding his knowledge and very up-to-date on latest techniques. He was very compassionate. I did not feel rushed during our visit. I appreciated his services and would recommend them highly .
This was my first visit to establish a relationship with an orthopedic joint surgeon since I moved to Charlotte. I have had both hips replaced elsewhere. I met with Dr. Springer this week and found him to be a consummate professional, provided good information and I didn't feel rushed. The entire office was well managed, efficient and pleasant.

Dr Springer is very conscious and caring. He does not rush you or make you feel like you have to have a procedure done right a way.

Dr Brian Springer performed my total knee surgery in November of 2018. He spent a very long time at my pre op appointment answering all of my questions. He instills confidence and is compassionate. My surgery , and hospital experience was excellent. My physical therapist said my rehab was much easier than the norm. I was dancing by Christmas. I am a former operating room nurse. Based on my experience, I recommend Dr Brian Springer for total knee replacement surgery.
