Dr. Springer is what I was looking for in a surgeon. He came highly recommended and my first meeting with him alleviated all of my concerns. He is highly energetic, positive, and confident that he can improve my quality of life- I'm looking forward to my surgery now.
I recently moved to NC from out of state, away from the doctor I had for many years and was a little apprehensive about finding a new doctor. Dr. Springer is personable, an attentive listener and takes his time. He was encouraging and offered appropriate suggestions along with a conservative treatment plan that was exactly what I was looking for. Although I have had osteoarthritis for decades, he didn't assume anything as he explained my x-rays, etc. I will definitely be back!
I was referred by a friend and a few co-workers to consult with Dr Springer regarding my knee surgery. I was very pleasantly reminded this is the surgeon I trust to perform my surgery. He was compassionate and interested in my particular situation and really eased my mind. Yes I definitely would recommend Dr Springer to family and friends.
Rx PT for me and I would have preferred an MRI first. I am a health professional. I will try conservative treatment. If this doesn't work, I will return. I felt the exam was thorough and my questions were answered.
Dr. Springer did an excellent job with my partial right knee replacement. Just 4 weeks after surgery I am walking with no pain. I will definitely be seeing Dr. Springer when I need my left knee replacement.
Dr.Springer has excellent bedside manners. He will speak to you in layman terms, so you can fully understand him. I was very happy that Dr.Norcross sent me to him. He loves what he does,and says what he means...
Great outcome with right hip surgery. Minimal pain after 2 weeks. Driving with no hip pain after 4 weeks. Dr. Springer listens to his patients and definitely considers their preferences for treatment. Could not be more pleased with results of my surgery. I am sending him anyone from Burke Co. who needs this type of surgery.
Excellent doctor! I anticipate knee replacement surgery soon and feel that I have a full partner in Dr. Springer.
Dr Springer is a caring orthopedist who really listens and is always encouraging. His skill level gave me great results in joints that were badly eroded by Rhematoid Arthritis.
