After being left in the darkened waiting for over an hour while the staff went to lunch & being completely ignored by the doctor, he finally came out, laughing & stating he had been talking to a sales rep. I was furious & nervous about my condition. He looked at the X-rays & said he didn't know what was wrong, maybe not bladder cancer (WHAT? Where did that come from?) then just kind of dismissed me without a diagnosis. I went to the Sansum Clinic & they immediately discovered it was a kidney stone. He had also couldn't sew u... read more

Dr. Stone has treated 3 of my 4 family members over the past 25 years. We all owe him a debt of gratitude. He has done 2 kidney stone surgeries and one prostate surgery on me with outstanding results. Yes, wait times can be long but he spends a lot of time with every patient. When I leave his office, I feel that I know as much as possible about my condition.

I saw this Dr during an ER visit complaining of pain in lower left abdomen/pelvic area and I felt a lump. He stated that I had a hernia because he felt a weakness. I'm educated enough to know that this was not a hernia. At 23 he told me that my brain wasn't fully developed and I should not question his 40 years of experience. I ended up having a ovarian cyst. He is very insulting, egotistical, and should not be practicing with this kind of attitude.

The scheduling Department doesn't seem to know what they're doing. I would not recommend them. Waited 2 hours to see him.

Doctor seemed lost at times, couldn't seem to find anything he was looking for. as far as my condition, I heard the same exact story every time I finally got to see him. NEVER even close to being on time, wait times got out of hand. Staff said that's the way it always was an had nothing else except a shrug.

He is rude. He doesn't care about his patients. He is never on time. He talks down to his patients. And when doing a procedure, he doesn't do it with care. I would not recommend him to take care of me, or to even watch my dog.

I had had proton beam therapy for prostate cancer. This killed the cancer and most of my prostate tissue. Three years after the radiation treatment I suddenly was unable to urinate. Dr. Stone successfully operated. He found stones had grown in my prostate tissue. Bottom line, I've been doing well for three years now. There is a chance I'll need the procedure done again if stones reappear. I've since moved from California ... I now live in Ohio.
