Dr Hill woke me up from surgery and told me I had lymphoma without doing any tests first. I didn't. He also told my 15 year old son and husband I had it before I woke up from surgery. Which caused emotional problems for my son. I was very displeased.

Dr. Cook performed a laparoscopic repair for my inguinal hernia 2 weeks ago and I am very pleased. He actually found a second hernia on the other side and a third umbilical hernia and repaired them all during the surgery. The recovery has been quick - I had difficulty moving around and some pain the first 3 days, but after that it gets better quickly. His nurses are very nice and did a great job preparing me and helping me recover. I wish I could have visited with Dr. Cook more... The only time I saw him was a brief chat rig... read more

Dr. Cook's surgery was great. It has been 9 months and I am very happy I had him fix my inguinal hernia. It was very large. I was scheduled to get it done in North Carolina. I was concerned that the NC doctor wanted to leave the hole open and put a large mesh over the area. Thus leaving the area numb. My friend's daughter-in-law who is a nurse recommended Dr. Cook. I talked to his nurses and they talked to Dr. Cook about my situation and my concerns. He said that most women don't need mesh and he would try his best to avoid ... read more

This doctor told me I was too educated for the genetic disease I have. He told me he knew he didn't know everything because he had checked twice. Condescending, unprofessional and a real smart A. Offered no insight or resolution. Recommended an MRI for a diagnosis for abdominal adhesions. Adhesions do not appear in imaging! He also told me unless adhesions are causing an obstruction, they are not painful. I waited 45 minutes in a Telehealth site to only be called and put on hold over 20 additional minutes. If negative stars ... read more

Dr Cook and his entire team were incredibly caring, empathetic and accommodating. Dr Cook did an amazing job with my umbilical hernia repair that resulted in little-to-no pain and so far, a smooth recovery.

Dr. Hill repaired my lower abdominal hernia in early December 2021. I have waited a month to leave my review so I could be confident in the outcome. I Chose Dr. Hill based on his online photo, his professional resume and the reviews that had been left online relating to his professional work. After meeting with him, I felt I had made a good choice. Now, two months after that initial meeting I remain pleased with my choice. Dr. Hill was professional and friendly. He was willing to answer all my questions and his answers inspi... read more

After an ultrasound confirmed a hernia, I researched hernia repairs to know what to expect. Laparoscopic repairs were the most common and most desired, over open surgery, and it was repeatedly stated just how important the skill level and experience level of the surgeon are to ensure a successful, long-lasting, complication-free repair. Thus, based upon his plethora of stellar reviews and extensive experience with laparoscopic repairs, I chose Dr. Craig Cook. My surgery was very pleasant, if one can describe a surgical exper... read more
