No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? I have been a patient of Texas Family and Dr.Henry's for over 7 years. They have helped me through numerous colds, sinus infections, 6 broken ribs, and most recently helped me through my recovery of a spinal fusion. Dr. Henry and his team is very special and I recommend them highly.

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Practically Impossible Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Dr Henry is a great and caring doctor - he cares for 3 generations of out family.
