Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Dr. Henry is just wonderful.......
I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They listened closely to what I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never experienced them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. I enjoy their level of customer service. Their full attention appears to be on me and I've not experienced the Dr. taking any personal calls during my appointment.
