Resurgens appointments are generally on time. Dr. Ficke is a good listener and quickly determined the best course of treatment for my hand problem. Within 20 minutes i was comfortably treated and On my way home.
I feel I'm in good hands every time I visit a Resurgens physician. They are very skilled and efficient, no time wasted. I started feeling a little pain in my thumbs early this year. Frequency increased so I felt it was time for medical attention. First Dr. Ficke's associate asked for the history of my problem. Got to see the Dr in the exam room within 10 min of my arrival. Nurse was friendly and efficient. Dr Ficke listened, asked questions and gave me the diagnosis, recommended PT. He was attentive and knowledgeable. Great visit.
