Dr. Costas was very responsive, patient, knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining my issues and options. He made me feel comfortable and confident in our next steps. And I have never had such a painless cortisone injection ever! I hate to see him retire!
I think Dr. Costas is an excellent surgeon. I had surgery on my elbow to release a compressed nerve. The incision was longer than I expected, but it was as narrow as a pencil line, no stitches on the top layer. He used glue. It healed faster than any incision I ever had. As far as the nerve healing, I was told it would take 9 mos. to a year. However, within 2 mos. I started having feeling. I think Dr. Costas did a great job and I would definitely go back to him. I think he is a very skilled surgeon.
