Very kind and knowledgeable.
I've been a patient of Dr. Wood for about 5 years. He and his staff always seem happy, like they like their jobs. It seems unusual in today's society for everyone to always be so pleasant. Dr. Wood listens and takes the time he needs to during each of my visits. He is kind, genuine and has really down to earth suggestions. His responses make sense to me and I appreciate his honesty. Wait time is usually less than 15 min.
Considerate and caring. Very personal approach. Respectful of my time while taking the time necessary for an exam and discussion. Very open to interaction.
Dr. Wood started out as our children's pediatrician and now my husband and I go to him as well. He is always prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. I have never been to a doctor that listens to his patience more than Dr. Wood. I will admit that some of his staff leaves much to be desired, but that is not enough for me to not recommend nor want to see him for his expertise.
