Doc took time to listen about issue, gave some feedback on my questions, and had me out quickly with meds and follow up appt with my surgeon
No wait time. Addressed my problem to my satisfaction!
So uninterested, impersonal and hands off in his exam. Did not ask any questions or really examine my injury. Just went by the xray. Feel like he’s ready to retire and just going through the motions. Very disappointed.

Dr B is great. He’s treated my kids throughout their sports injuries. But this visit for me was a failure. My toe had been bothering me for a month without getting better or worse. I stopped in OSS urgent care and x-rays showed that structurally there was no issue. I was directed to see an OSS podiatrist if the pain continued. days later, I saw the podiatrist who quickly pointed out that the x-rays revealed that I had a hammer toe, which I’ve never dealt with ever.This was a healthcare failure because I’m sure it was evident... read more
He understood immediately my issue and the best solution. He explained it clearly.
After experiencing shoulder pain Dr Bixler ordered an X-ray that showed arthritis was the culprit. He prescribed prednisone and the pain stopped the next day.
Dr. Bixler and all of his staff made my 8 year old daughter feel calm and comfortable during her visit. I would recommend him to friends and family.
OSS has failed to treat my pain it’s been 10 days since my urgent care visit still suffering from severe pain in my left leg my follow up with Dr Zahir was a disappointment also he said pain management would call and set up appointment for a shot. 5 days since my appointment still in pain and still waiting for a call to set appointment time
