Dr Keil is a good doctor. He explains to you what he will be doing and very polite. The staff there is great. He will be my podiatrist for all reasons dealing with my foot. I have not had any problems with my feet after surgery.
I have seen Dr. Kiel 4 times. He did a minor procedure on my toe. And then later on another toe. He is kind and professional. His staff is very kind. I recommended Dr. Kiel to my daughter! I have also recommended him to several friends.
Would not allow patient to enter because he forgot his mask at home. Would not provide a mask. Patient traveled from out of town, is both elderly and handicapped. Extremely RUDE in directing patient to leave. Next available appointment 3 weeks out. Not exactly what I would call good service!
Dr. Brian Kiel is a great Padiatric Doctor I have been going to him for a number of years. I wouldn't go to anyone else or let anyone touch my feet or toes. We Joke all the time about my In Grow Toe Nails Coming Back!!!??????
`Awful and a crook, went for professionally fitted orthotics of which I have had many pairs. He didn't even watch me walk, he told me an all inclusive price, I asked specifically if this price was everything and he said it was. He just sent an assistant for a plaster cast. Got the orthotics when I went to see him and he just said "you have worn these before" and just gave them to me. After that twice charged for plaster of Paris and follow up visit. I had an ingrown toenail and he fix it immediately. I will be coming back for my other foot that has an ingrown toenail also. When he poke my foot for the needle I hardly felt nothing. Awesome doctor
Horrible experience with no relief. Greed is more common than any of us think. Each appointment this doctor just kept giving my husband different pieces of expensive so-called boots, inserts, padding etc. They held the bill until it got up to $1800 when we decided to not return. Yes the staff is polite until you have questions about your bill and the how many visits it will take to get some relief. He is definitely robbing patients to pad his pockets.
i didn't know what was wrong with my foot, but Dr. Kiel quickly and successfully diagnosed and took care of it in that first appointment. He was kind and direct and got down to business, but I never felt rushed. He took care of the issue, gave me some follow up instructions and my foot healed quickly. Even though I was a brand new patient, I was able to get an appointment within a week. The office staff is very efficient and I didn't wait but maybe 15 minutes in the waiting room. 5 stars!
Dr. Kiel and his staff are wonderful. If not for him I would have lost my big toe. Long story but I was lucky to find him after a horrible time with wound care. I have recommended several people to him. All have really liked him. He truly cares about his patients.
