I had a procedure done at the urology center, and I have been trying to get the doctor to call back, and I have still not received a call back. Staff will not pass the message neither let me see him. My vaginal mesh has moved and I was advised by the gynecologist to call the urologist. Follow up by the doctor is extremely poor. Strange but true they don't have a voicemail.
Very professional, knowledgable, caring and down to earth guy.
