After 2 losses I was referred to Dr.Iriye for my 3rd prgnancy.In the begining we didnt know how this pregnancy would turn out but due to Doctor Iriye's expertise in the field we have a beautiful baby girl that was born on 9-10-07 he along with Dr.Ruben Acherman that were able to identify a rare heart condition (endocardiofibroelastosis)that was causing heart failure to my baby's heart while in utero.He along with his staff were always there to answer any question I had they are so knowledgeable I love each an everyone of the... read more
After suffering a second trimester loss while living out of the country my husband and I decided to move back to the US once we became pregnant again. After researching several Perinatologist's credentials as well as interviewing them, we decided on Dr Iriye and I couldn't be happier we did. He is the most caring, skilled, empathetic Doctor. He is the best doctor! I'm surprised about the previous entries. My husband and I are definitely going back to him for our next pregnancy.
I'm shocked to hear previous comments indicating Dr. Iriye had anything less than the perfect bedside manner. After suffering 3 losses & infertility, I have been to more Dr.'s than I can count. Dr. Iriye stands out above them all in competence and compassion. I highly recommend him and his office.
Dr. Iriye was recommended to me by Dr. Bruce Shapiro, who is the best fertility doctor in Las Vegas. After getting pregnant using IVF, Dr. Shapiro was worried about keeping me pregnant. He told me Dr. Iriye handled all of his toughest cases. We now have beautiful twin boys, and Dr. Iriye was wonderful throughout my pregnancy. After many years of tying to have children, Dr. Iriye and Shapiro helped my dreams come true. He is the most arrogant, rude, merciless, doctor I have ever dealt with. His staff especially office manager (Brad)is the most unfriendly in the whole city. He never returns calls, and when you eventually find him, he talks to you as a second class citizen. However his parners Wold,Gorski, and Huang are the best, but Iriye runs the show..the rudest new show in Las Vegas. Not recomended for any patient to see him. Iriye thinks he is the smartest MD on the planet. Services rendered in 2006 for high risk pregnancy.
I was referred to Dr. Iriye to manage my high risk pregnancy (Type 1 diabetes) in 2001-2002. He was pleasant and helpful throughout the entire pregnancy (as were his nurses) until the very last weeks of the pregnancy. He became rather defensive when my husband asked him why he hadn't returned my phone call. He called me back, asking me to tell my (very polite) husband to "tone it down". Excellent doctor! Highly recommend for gestational diabetes care. Cares about his patients & very accomadating/understanding when I called with high anxiety. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pharmacist even commented on how pleasant his nurse was. Beautiful peaceful office. Services rendered 1998 & 2000.
