I was told to go to the orange tower. This caused confusion as there is no orange in color building or any building marked Orange. Instead I found out it was in building 2. It may help future patients finding this office easier to not mention orange or mark the building as such.

Long wait (hour and a half late)
Provider was 1 hour late with no explanation or update while I was in the waiting room
My experience at Dr. Wong's office the other day was wonderful. Their staff in the moment I was taking back into the office into the clinic. Everyone was very, very kind and the place was clean. I always feel good and the doctor, explain everything, very well and I feel like I'm in good hands. So, keep up the good work.
I appreciate the way Dr Wong listens to all my concerns. Only tiny complaint is that appointments tend to run a bit behind schedule. However, this is offset by the very thorough attention that the doctor gives each patient.
