Love everyone there!!!
I have been to the office on several occasions and have always received excellent treatment. 5 minutes is the longest wait that I have ever had to wait, and come, other offices, you can be sitting there for over an hour or so. I have to say that I do love the comfortable chairs with the massage features. The staff know me so well, that they automatically turn it on for me and now I don't even have to ask. The staff schedules appointments around the patients needs which is very important.
Everything went quite smoothly. I arrived twenty minutes before my appointment, and I was brought right in. The hygenist (Kendra, I think) working with me was great! She explained everything as we went and warned me of costs once she realized I didn't pay through insurance.
Overall it was good. However I dont feel I am being listened to when They keep pushing crowns that I cant afford and I have made the suggestion I would like to have teeth pulled and get dentures. At least this way it would a one time expense instead of continual. I have spent over $7000 on my teeth that could have been put towards dentures.

I like the new way of taking xrays of molars. The old stiff cardboard always cut into my gums. The tech cleaning my teeth was very gentle, but thorough and gave me areas that I should pay extra attention to and brush/floss more carefully. I like having a bottle of water when I leave.
Every thing was good. The wait time was not at the fault of the staff, they were waiting on my crown to be delivered.
