I had emailed his assistant with questions regarding my recovery from my broken ankle that he did surgery on. I did not receive a response, so I sent the email directly to Dr. Burgess on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Dr. Burgess immediately called me and apologized profusely for not receiving a response and explained that his assistant had been out of the office due to family matters. He went above and beyond and took his time with me and very kindly answered all of my questions. Thank you!
I have been dealing with an ankle problem for over 2 years. I have been to other 3 other doctors with no good results. Dr. Burgess is the first one who actually listened to my entire history and is actively trying to solve my problem.
Dr. Burgess performed heel fracture surgery on my left foot which needed a plate and 7 screws. He is very straight forward, thorough and compassionate. I never felt rushed during my appointments and his staff is friendly and helpful as well. I followed his instructions, did 5 months of physical therapy and 6 months of massage therapy. 1 year later I am very happy with my progress ~ back to doing yoga and walking/hiking. I highly recommend Dr. Burgess for anyone with foot problems
After just one appointment the pain in my foot was lessened. I was able to get an appointment within a few days of when I called for an appointment. Dr. Burgess addressed my pain. I had been to a previous doctor that ignored my pain. I would recommend Dr. Burgess to my family and friends.
