Did a great job in correcting a bunion I had developed by fusing 1st metatarsal and limiting other possible cuts to the bone. Was able to get into a walking cast and put weight after initial 2 weeks of non-weight bearing post surgery. He listens and gives all the time you need to answer questions. Very happy so far with the outcome.

He had his PA assess me and then came in told me my xray was fine and sent me home with sheets of exercises for foot pain. I went to a different podiatrist a month later because something just wasn't right and immediately he told me I had psoriatic arthritis from my tell tale "sausage toes". A good doctor spends time with his patients and should know about the physical body part he claims to specialize in. He sucked and I was in 4 more weeks of pain than necessary because of his incompetence.

I am 12 day post op and I can ... read more

Dr. Burgess has been a very kind and compassionate doctor. In July he saw me immediately for my broken ankle. Three surgeries later I am healed, with no pain or limp. I was very fortunate to be referred to Dr. Burgess. He did a great job and I have recommended him to my physical therapist and any one I know with ankle problems.
