It was my first visit to see Dr. Bear about my wrist problem. I was referred by Dr.Dansdill my arthritis doctor.
Good on time appointment
The PA answered all my questions and examined my wrist incisions thoroughly.
He was very personable and informative. I liked my visit it was very helpful.
Easy check in, comfortable environment and Dr. Bear has an incredible bedside manner and gave me several treatment options for me to make the best decision for me.
Did not meet with Dr Bear but was passed off to his PA on first visit. Dr. Bear didn't bother to introduce himself or review PA's assessment or treatment
I scheduled my visit a week later so I could see doctor bear but he was so busy today that Clayton had to see me .but I was waiting in the Room so long that the automatic lights shut off 3times. It seemed like they were rushing people out of there .couldn't really ask questions make sure everthing was good .this time my cast is one month less on my hand then last I have pain on my 1st thumb that was done .they don't seem to think it's much they won't take x-rays or look at it In depth. been hurting since the end of October a... read more
My post op visit with Dr. Bear was good. After going through everything with me, they asked if I had any questions. Then they took the time to answer each question. I did not feel rushed and felt all questions were answered. Then the nurse also helped me with getting my physical therapy scheduled.
Dr Bears staff and the staff at Ortho Illinois go above and beyond when it comes to the care of the patients. I met with PA Clayton Lewis today and as in the past he was very professional and thorough. Thank you! Doug McKee.
