Dr. Bear is very knowledgeable and explained the options, suggesting the most conservative treatment. I would highly recommend.

It has been over 12 years since I last went to Dr. Bear for surgery. I felt that he was even more friendly now than he was at that time.

I had a broken metacarpal bone/hand. After seeing the idiot at CGH ER i heard that dr. Bear was the "one to see". When i went to see dr Bear, he spent all of 5 minutes and seemed distracted. He ordered an MRI and the second visit was equally lackluster and when i reminded him of the MRI, he called it up on the computer and flashed through it in...and i am not kidding, 7 seconds. The third visit was a waste. I now have had 50% use of my right hand for over a year. Thanks;... "Mr. NO CARE BEAR"

Dr. Bear and his staff did an excellent job with my broken finger. After being casted for 8 weeks we pulled the pins and after six weeks of physical therapy of which we only worked the broken finger for four weeks. I have full use of the hand with the hand getting stronger each day. I would highly recommend Dr. Bear, his staff and Ortho Illinois for any type of hand surgery and rehabilitation.

Dr.Bear did a nerve release on my elbow. I woke up and had no pain. I was dressed and ready to go home a half hour after surgery. I woke up the next day still no pain and had the feeling back in my hand. Couldn't say anything more about Dr.Bear except he is terrific! Office visits were on time and professional. I would never use anyone else. Thank you Dr.Bear!

Dr and staff were amazing! Always polite and professional and very informative. Recovery from his surgeries was fast and easy in spite of my injuries. Great experience!
