Dr August is knowledgeable and kind,gave me a physical examination and took time to listen. Not too long of a wait,I will continue to see Dr August.
The doctor was the one who would understand my needs as well as my fears after a car accident. He gave me options for my treatment. What I do not like is the staff, they never answer the phone of return messages. Well, we cannot leave a message because the voice mail box is always full. There is a lady with the name of Grace that has not sent me a receipt of my February 29, 2016 appointment, and she has not sent papers to my attorney. She always blames to the computer system for not doing it.
My father has gotten off of prescribed opiate pain medication, after a long hard road he is finally clear headed and clean. This doctor never once cared about his well being. Only with prescribing him so much pain meds other doctors thought it would knock out a horse. After months of not being a patient, he even told them he was off of all pain meds, they still called him and said hey we havent seen you in forever come on in if you want to get pain meds. They dont care about people, just money.
