Best doctor in El Paso hands down. I’ve been in the worst pain of my life this past month without him, even after seeing another pain dr, who did next to nothing for me. I will forever be grateful for this man. He’s on a whole different level to which none of these so called “pain doctors” in El Paso will EVER compare. Thank you Dr August for your years of thorough and compassionate care
Greatest doctor
This is my best doctor Ive had since my time in the Army and while be cared for as a disabled veteran. He is professional and really cares for my health, provides exceptional care and he has been my Dr til this day as the VA has not been able to provide me medical care as Dr August provides. Hands down the best Dr serving the Greater El Paso City and caring for the patients and myself. I love Dr August for his dedicated service to all the military veterans. Yours Truly PWC

Dr. August is easy to talk to and explains things very well with language that you can understand. The wait times have improved greatly, you use to wait for 2 hours at least but now you're in after 10/15 minutes. Excellent doctor.
What the socialized VA clinic should strive to be like. Buracracy healthcare kills veterans or makes them suffer, because they enjoy the power and control of the helpless.

I waited a month for this appointment; as a good patient, I arrived 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment, completed the paperwork and was ready to be seen on time. I waited more then who hours to be seen. I asked the front desk after 1 hr 15min of waiting, if there was a problem, I was rudely told no. I was told the same after two hours of waiting. I find this unprofessional, neglectful and completely disrespectful. Ironically, I received a call yesterday, reminding me to be on time.!
He's nice and gives me options and listens and gives me pain pills i want because i am an desperate old yenta with good insurance and I pay him to listen. I look forward to appointments because no one listens to me
