My goal in treating patients is to use the best evidence based practices to guide treatment decisions for patients with orthopedic injuries. The goal for every visit should be to aim towards getting patients back to their ideal level of function, either with non-operative or operative options based on what the best evidencein current practice is.

The staff was extremely well organized thoughtful and Dr. Feeley did an amazing job . My husband had surgery with Dr. Feely as well and had the same experience . Would definitely recommend him to my friends and my family .
Surgery went great, follow up has been good so far. I’d definitely recommend Dr Feeley and team if you need surgery of shoulder or biceps.
I am so amazed with how Dr. Feely and his staff discussed every option available then prepared me with all the necessary information before surgery. Daily contact through emails to keep me on track for surgery. Then the follow up appointments and continued email support to keep my recovery going as smoothly as possible.
As great an experience as surgery can be. Honest, straight forward talk mixed with a good sense of humor.
Dr. Feeley and his team have been fantastic. I've been in great hands since the moment of my injury (ACL graft/meniscus tear). They were able to get me in for surgery almost immediately, and his confidence and ability to reassure me about the prognosis of my recovery, coupled with his personality and sense of humor, has helped make this journey better than expected. He and/or his team have checked on me every day since surgery, which has contributed to both my physical and emotional recovery.
Truth be told, I wanted to kiss Dr. F when I first saw him again after surgery! 40 years of a dislocated shoulder with a 3"clavicle spur, along with 2 recently torn roto-cuffs GONE in one great morning, and NO PAIN, NO PILLS, just as close to a "normal" shoulder I could ever ask. Miracle worker! And what a friendly, supportive, totally pro team. GOD, was I lucky to be in their care! Just two weeks later, that arm can raise straight up over my head (with help). Able to do exercises Day1. THX !~!
Got my shoulder back in shape smoothly. Highly recommend.
I am two weeks post-op for ACL reconstruction with meniscus repair, and I would highly recommend Dr. Feeley and team at UCSF for the operation. Dr. Feeley is experienced and professional, and has set clear expectations that end up playing out exactly -- so you know just what to expect with recovery. My Physical Therapist even noted that knee and shoulder patients that come to him post-op from Dr. Feeley always have a full and on-track recovery!
Dr. Feely and his staff have been A one number one in my care, surgery, in recovery,I am totally satisfied and would recommend his services to anyone. Thank you very much, Scott Allardice
